Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We offer worldwide shipping!

USA, UK, & Israel: Shipping is completely FREE on all orders.

Rest of the World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our shipping times vary based on your location

USA & UK: 8–20 business days.

Israel: 10–22 business days.

Rest of the World: 12–24 business days.

Please note: Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but you must act fast. If you need to change your size, shipping address, or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your purchase. After 12 hours, your order enters production and shipment, and cannot be changed.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your AYN items. If you wish to return an item, please note the following timelines from the day you received your package:
International Customers: Returns must be sent back within 14 days.
Customers in Israel: Returns must be sent back within 10 days.

Please note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
